Bonnaroo 2016

In 2002 Superfly co-created the four day music and arts festival Bonnaroo to celebrate music and creativity. Referred to as a “quintessential right of passage” Roo is focused on a sense of community bringing together 100,000 people every year for an unforgettable weekend.

I started at Superfly in April 2016 and had the pleasure of attending Bonnaroo through my “Festival Experience” , - - - -what’s a festival experience?——

As I was new to the team, my role on site was minimal andI was able to immerse myself in the environment. I quickly learned The Farm (festival site) was a very special place and I understood why the company’s culture was centered around daydreams and good vibes.

To prepare for the event I supported the team by advancing needs for our content creators, including travel, meals, on site tech and working space on the grounds. #trailerlife

After the festival I worked with the Brand Marketing team on updating digital assets to have Thank You messaging and share recaps with fans, allowing them to relive the weekend all summer long.

To kick off planning for the following year I quarterbacked a website UX RFP process with 3 agencies. Through a site overhaul our goal was to create a cleaner user flow and prioritize giving customers the info they need to make purchasing decisions. while consistently building brand awareness.
